Our School

Newport High School is proud to provide students a diverse and rigorous college-preparatory education in a community that seeks to support and engage the passions of each and every student. Newport offers over 27 Advanced Placement (AP) courses and College in the High School. In addition, students can earn certification in CISCO Networking, Culinary Arts and Teaching Academy and participate in a full offering of the arts.

Newport is home to the International Spanish Academy (ISA), the Olympic Program. With over 60 student clubs and activities, NHS students are encouraged to grow and thrive.
